Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute call target plan and business plan to increase market share;
* Promote company product lines to physicians within a defined geography;
* Work collaboratively with other colleagues and shares best practices and success stories;
* Establish

and maintain excellent communications and sound working

relationships with co-workers and assigned physicians and

healthcare providers;
* Develop and maintain strong clinical and product knowledge and effectively communicates with assigned physicians;
* Actively

participate in scheduled Company sales meeting, district and

regional conference calls and other business meetings;
* Adhere to and comply with all company policies and procedures; and
* Other related duties as required.


Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree (required);
* Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience in a quota driven role;
* Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position and a strong aptitude for learning
* Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities;
* Strong knowledge of the business and market in the assigned territory is preferred;
* Ability to travel as required by the specific territory;
* Ability to thrive in a culture that is performance driven, fast paced, and results oriented;
* Individual must maintain a high degree of integrity and be highly ethical at all times.
